    Made with Akita Komachi rice grown by local farmers in the Hinokinai River region.
    The rice is known for its fluffy texture and fragrant aroma. We offer two classic fillings: “bodakko,” a sockeye salmon packed with umami, and “kelp tsukudani,” full of rich, savory depth.

Free parking is available for hotel guests (25 spaces for passenger vehicles).
While paid parking is common in the area, guests can leave their car in our lot and enjoy exploring the neighborhood on foot.
